Customized Weekly - Healthy & Fit - Training Program

The program includes 4 sessions per week:

  • Week 1:
    Approximately 15-20 minutes of live workout, followed by around 10 minutes for setting up and explaining the weekly training plan.

  • Weeks 2 & 3:
    Sessions focused on gathering feedback and making adjustments to better tailor the program to your needs.

  • Week 4:
    A final evaluation to review progress and refine the training plan.

In total, each session lasts about 30 minutes, across a minimum of 4 monthly appointments (one every week)
