Customized Weekly Healthy & Fit Training Program
The program includes 4 sessions per week:
Week 1:
Approximately 15-20 minutes of live workout, followed by around 10 minutes for setting up and explaining the weekly training plan.Weeks 2 & 3:
Sessions focused on gathering feedback and making adjustments to better tailor the program to your needs.Week 4:
A final evaluation to review progress and refine the training plan.
