PILATES IN PREGNANCY (PRE & POST NATAL)

A wellness program for pregnant women and new mothers that incorporates bodyweight exercises and small props.

Finding motivation to take care of oneself can be challenging, which is why having the right stimulus, an effective method, and an experienced guide to lead you with passion and competence is essential. While it’s possible to try doing everything on your own, having a support that takes you by the hand allows you to soar much higher, reach your goals faster, and enjoy the journey with more pleasure and less risk—fully reaping the benefits of every step.

Single and pack, training with fixable dates and times. Limited places available.

Customized Weekly Healthy & Fit Training Program

The program includes 4 sessions per week:

  • Week 1:
    Approximately 15-20 minutes of live workout, followed by around 10 minutes for setting up and explaining the weekly training plan.

  • Weeks 2 & 3:
    Sessions focused on gathering feedback and making adjustments to better tailor the program to your needs.

  • Week 4:
    A final evaluation to review progress and refine the training plan.

In total, each session lasts about 30 minutes, across a minimum of 4 monthly appointments (one every week)

With my method, all you need is the time it takes to listen to your favorite song every day!
